Office Rental Options:
One Day Visitor Trial:
$150 for the day to check it out!
Hybrid Flex Hours:
Hourly $25/hr with 6 flex hours a month
Deposit: 1 month rent
Add-on hours: $20/hour above 6 hours min
Full & Half-Day Rental:
(exclusive use for the day. ie - every Monday for the month of May)
Half-day: $125-175 for 5 hours
*Full Day: $175-275 for 12 hours
*Adjusts as days are added
- Price dependent on room rented (2 available)
- Add on additional hours for $15-20/hr
Deposit: 1 month rent
